  • Hand Cut Chips 250 g
  • Chorizo 50 g
  • Cheese 40 g
  • Jalapenos 20 g
  • Spring onions 1 tbs
  • Mixed Peppers 1 tbs
  • Garlic salt 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 pin
  • Hot chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Italian herbs 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 pin
  • Vegetable oil 300 ml
  • Chipotle sauce 1 dzl
Step 1

Preheat the vegetable oil and fry the chips.

Step 2

Chop the peppers, spring onion and the chorizo and add it to a frying pan. Fry it until the chorizo turns crispy.

Step 3

When the chips are ready place them in a kitchen paper lined bowl and add a the garlic salt, hot chilli powder, Italian herbs and chilli flakes. Give it a good shake around so all the fries get to be covered.

Step 4

Preheat the oven at 300 Celsius degrees.

Step 5

Take a skillet or a small baking tray and place the fries into it add the peppers and chorizo mix on top then finish it off with the cheese and jalapenos. Place it in the oven for approximately 5 minutes or until the cheese turns nicely melted.

Step 6

Remove the chips out of the oven and top it with the chipotle mayo and a sprinkle more of the Italian herb mix.
