Cheesy Toasted Sambo
- Sourdough bread 4 pce
- Butter 80 g
- Smoked ham 2 pce
- Sliced chorizo 6 pce
- Sliced Edam cheese 4 pce
- Pesto 1 tbs
Butter both sides of the bread then add on your cheese, ham, sliced chorizo, pesto and finish it off with another slice of cheese. Take a non stick pan turn the heat to low and add in 2 tbs of butter let it fully melt then add in the sandwiches put the lid on and enjoy watching how the cheese melts. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes.
