Eggless Chocolate Cake
- All-Purpose Flour 200 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 35 g
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Cool Water 240 ml
- Vegetable oil 6 tbs
- Fresh Lemon Juice or Distilled White Vinegar 1 tbs
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 Celsius. Combine all the dry ingredients in a larger bowl. Make sure to aerate the flour and sift the flour and cocoa powder for better results. Combine the water, oil, lemon juice/vinegar and vanilla.
Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and gently stir for about a minute to mix well and reach an even color. Pour into lined baking pan and cook for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Leave to cool in the pan and you may enjoy straight out of the pan or frost with Nutella or frosting of choice.
