  • Butter 120 g
  • Sugar 150 g
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Cacao powder 25 g
  • Digestive biscuits 450 g
  • Dark chocolate 80 g
  • Mini marshmallows 30 g
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Step 1

Take a large saucepan add in the butter, milk, chocolate, cacao powder, sugar and vanilla essence. Melt everything together on low heat.

Step 2

Take another separate bowl add in the biscuits and by using a rolling pin crush them into large chunks. When the chocolate mixture is done let it cool down for 20 minutes. Add in the marshmallows and the chocolate mix the biscuit, give it a good stir and place it into a tray lined with baking paper. Place it into the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Leave it in longer if needed.

Step 3

Sprinkle them with sprinkles and add more mini marshmallows to the top.
