Roasted Tomatoes
- Plum tomatoes 2 lge
- Fresh thyme 1 hfl
- Sea salt 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 dzl
- Shallot 1 sm
Preheat the oven at 250 Celsius degrees
Half the tomatoes and place them in a baking tray.
Drizzle olive oil over them.
Finely chop the shallots and add them to the tomatoes along with salt and thyme.
Turn the oven heat down to 160 Celsius degrees then place the tomatoes in the oven.
Bake them for 25-35 minutes until the tomato skin bursts.
Serve it with breakfast, salads, as a side dish etc.
